Raad hails a 30 year carreer in high-tech sales and marketing management with fortune 500 companies like Texas Instruments, Sun Microsystems, Intel and startup’s like Quentra Networks and Diaogic. For the last several years he has been running his own company called Teledirect Inc, specializing in Telecommunications, Telephony and Call Center technologies with revenues exceeding $3,000,000.00.
In May, 2004 Raad founded the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a not-for-profit, member-based organization with 1500 members in Iraq and USA. He is the President and CEO of the Chamber.
Raad was born Baghdad, Iraq in 1950 and has resided in the US since 1969. He is a PHD graduate in Psychology and Psychoanalysis (California Graduate Institute – 1999), has an MS in International Business Management (Northrop University – 1982), a BA in Business Administration (Central Michigan University – 1975), and a BS in Engineering Science (Rockhurst College – 1974).
